An event about the topic “Maritime Noise”. It raises awareness of man-made noise pollution, such as from sound cannons used for oil and gas exploration. These immense sound levels can cause enormous damage or even be fatal to sensitive marine life, such as whales and dolphins.

In an internal vote at the Ozeaneum, NOISEA was selected as the favorite and featured on social media.
